Refund policy
Due to the hygienic nature of lash products, we do not accept returns on any opened or used items. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
However, we do accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in resellable condition

How to Request a Return

We will provide instructions on where to send the returned items. Please do not return items without first contacting us.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If your refund is late or missing, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item (if eligible), and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, promotional products, and lashes purchased during special campaigns are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
